Game Prototypes
Music
I've composed the Kernel Assimilation retro wave EP specifically for my first game prototype under the name of Master Control Program 2000 (or MCP2K for engineers and those who dislike tongue twisters).

Prototype #1: 3D avoider
This prototype is a blend of the indie game Super Hexagon and the 2001 futuristic racing game Ballistics.
I developed it to learn the basics of game logic such as collision detection, rigid bodies, basic lighting, user input, basic rotation and translation,
the user interface event system, scene management, concurrent programming using coroutines.
I also had a good time learning more about the Unity Editor, doing compulsive domestic chores for the assets folder, getting to know some Unity quirks,
learning the basics of texturing, shading, animation and mesh modeling in Blender.
Do not play the game for more than 5 minutes as it could give you motion sickness, the camera is the child of the Player GameObject and moves jerkily.
If this had been a full-fledged videogame I would have queued player movements and then would have let the camera gently follow its path to reduce this
effect.
So if you suffer from motion sickness already I wouldn't you recommend to play this.
I've also composed a retro wave EP specifically for this prototype (you can listen to it in the homepage and
download it for free on Bandcamp, link is always on the homepage).
This game prototype has been downloaded by 10 unique visitors.
(I developed the whole Ajax, PHP, MySQL counter shebang ☞⸟ ͜ʖ⸟☞)
